Well, hi guys. It’s Grant here, and I’ve been away for a few weeks. Not that I’ve been away somewhere nice. I’ve been away because like a lot of you, I’ve been suffering from the dreaded lurgy, which has been going around. Feeling a little better today. I wanted to share with you what I’ve been working on over the last probably two months or so. I wanted to help to make life a lot simpler for you in 2017. So, I want to show you the business model that I’m working on for next year, just to give you a little bit of a preview into what’s happening. 
 
I just wanted to show you the four-part business model that I’ll be teaching you next year. Just so you can get a little bit of a handle on it now. It’s really simple. There’s four parts. The first one is attention, then we have attraction, then application and association. I just want to show you four very quick things about this business model that will help you to multiply your business in 2017.
 
So, if you’re interested at all in business multiplication for next year, then you’ll want to see what this is and throughout 2017 and beyond, I’ll be teaching how to do this step by step, and I’ll even be doing a lot of this for you for free next year. First of all, I just want to show you very quickly attention. Not many people know how to get the right kind of attention in their business, and they’re going about things in two ways. I don’t know if you can see this or not, but I’ve split it into two. So, this is really simple – Healthy and Unhealthy. Are you having a healthy attention to your business or an unhealthy attention? So, what I’ll be teaching you in 2017 is how to attract people, which is step two through healthy attention model in your business. There’s a whole bunch of ways to do it. So, the how is different to the what and the why. So, I will teach you how to do it next year through how you can blog in the right way, how to do podcasts in the right way, how to even do Facebook Live videos like this in the right way.

I want to show you how to do a lot of that stuff, but I think it’s really important that you understand what attraction is and why attraction is such an important part for you to focus on in your business. I’m going to give you the opportunity in 2017 to test the health of the attraction models that you have in your business. If that sounds like something you want, let me know in the comments below.

So, getting the right kind of attention, because we know that it’s easy to get the wrong kind of attention, and how do you avoid that?

Then, Attraction. What have you got in your business that’s going to attract the right kind of people? How do you give people that are in your audience what they want in the right way, in the right doses, at the right time, through the right methods, that they’re going to be able to use in a healthy way that’s going to help them to grow their business? There are two branches for this as well. There’s the ecological attraction model, and there’s the harmful attraction model.
 
Far too many people, especially in my industry, and I’m just going to pinpoint my industry for the moment. In the consulting industry, there’s far too many people that call themselves coaches and consultants that have a model of attraction that ends up doing more harm than good. If you agree with that, say that you agree in the comments below so that I don’t feel like I’m the only one that thinks that way. I know that there a lot of charlatans and frauds and people that overpromise and under deliver, and quite frankly, I’m tired of it. That’s why, in 2017, I’m going to be launching a product into the marketplace that under promises and massively over delivers on your expectations to teach you how to become more attractive. By the way, I’ll be providing a complete transparency with this so that you can not only see what to do, but how to do it, and it’ll be simpler than anything else. There’s a lot of people in the marketplace that, they look like they’re teaching you something, but they’re really not. They’re showing you that they’ve done it, but they cannot articulate effectively enough how you can do it and I just want to simplify that for you. So, 2017 is what I’ll be bringing there. The third quadrant is Application. So, it’s a membership based application. If you don’t have a membership model in your business, no matter what you’re selling, no matter what you’re doing, if there’s not a way for people to belong. People want to belong more than they want to buy. So, if you want to write anything down, write that down. I want to help you to bring your clients in the know. Now, I’ve shared this with one of my clients this morning more in-depth with her, but I’m sharing this with you now. You want to help people to get, I’ve written it over here, the inside scoop, the inside track, and the inside secret. Why? People want to know that they’re speaking the same language as someone else. Nobody wants to feel like they’re on their own. 

The last one here is Association. I said people want to belong more than they want to buy. People want to be a part of your community and here’s why you want this as well. You want whatever you have to become bigger than you. Otherwise, if it all relies on you, it’s going to be unsustainable for you to manage. If you want to have growth beyond growth beyond growth, hello James Price, if you want to have growth beyond growth beyond growth, then you want to make sure that your business model is bigger than anything you can provide. So, if you haven’t found a way yet to develop a community-based model where people can discuss what they’ve learned from you or what they’ve purchased from you or how it’s helped them in their lives and they can do that outside of you. If you haven’t got that yet, that’s something I want to teach you in 2017, how to do that. That will help you to gain momentum in your business beyond anything that you can possibly imagine.

So, I’ve broken down a very complicated business model into four steps. Those four steps are what I will be selling next year as part of my ascension model in business. I really look forward to going to market with this. You’ve seen it in its raw form at the moment with a whole lot of blank spaces still to fill in. This is something that I’ve been developing now in my head for a long time and finally I’m able to articulate it for you, which is exciting.
 
Again, I’d love for you have a startup with this. My three-week master class is so easy. People think three weeks, well, that’s going to take me ages. It’s only 1 hour, 45 minutes to 1 hour each week, and even then, you don’t have to do that hour in that week. It’s not like it’s going to expire.
